My name is Maria Jose, I was born and raised in Nicaragua and I now live in Orlando, Florida. I have a beautiful family (my husband and my 4 years old daughter). I love to craft and listen to music and my favorite place to go to it’s the beach.
I decided to open up my business to bring a positive message about the word or God to peoples life’s. Each design is made with love so you can enjoy them.

When will my order be shipped?

Since every shirt is handmade, all orders will be shipped within 5-10 business days. Shipments are made through USPS first class and can take from 4 days to 2 weeks. A tracking number for your package will always be emailed to you. Remember that the time USPS takes is not in our hands.



Can I cancel my order?

We do not offer cancellations, returns or exchanges to orders as they go directly into processing once the order is made. If you have any questions please contact us.



My order is showing as delivered but I have not received it yet. What should I do?

If your order states that it is delivered but you haven’t received it, please wait up to 7 business days to see if the package arrives. If the order doesn’t arrive within the time frame, please reach out to USPS so they can better assist you. Unfortunately, we are unable to resend your order.



Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Can I return my order?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We will not be accepting any returns. Please check the size chart if you are unsure on sizing. All sizing on tees & crewnecks. Please contact us if you have any questions about sizes and colors.


DAMAGES AND ISSUES:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damage or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Orders are usually processed and shipped out in 5-10 business days since numerous orders are received every day.
Shipments are made every Friday and delivery time can take from 4 days to 2 weeks (excluding weekends & Holidays) depending on where you live. Remember that this may vary according to the volume of shipments.

We are a small, autonomous company, so this are rules, not rigid principles. You can always contact us if you need an update of when your items are being shipped.


LOST PACKAGE/ DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

USPS failures are not responsibilities of Mache — and do not reflect how we treat our customers. Whatever happens after the shipments leaves our warehouse is beyond our control. If you have any shipment inquiries you must contact USPS so they can best serve you.

If your order is shipped out without insurance, Mache — is not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. We are unable to replace or reship items purchased without insurance. If you wish to purchase insurance, you can do so by selecting priority delivery.
